YOGA
My style of instruction focuses on relaxation and breathing, and is suitable for everyone including elderly people and beginners.
I also integrate elements of the Buteyko therapeutic breathing system.
Breathing is at the heart of being alive, and correct breathing promotes good health, a strong spirit and a healthy balanced state of mind. Combined with yoga which strengthens the body and focuses the mind and spirit, I believe this combination has some benefit for everyone.
As a massage therapist and yoga instructor, I combine various methods of recovery and rehabilitation during yoga classes.
I also incorporate stress-relief techniques such as tapping into my sessions.
